ALCOHOLIC HALLOWEEN PUNCH RECIPES

Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1-1/4 cups grapefruit juice
½ – 1 cup rum, bourbon or scotch (mix to taste)
Preparation:
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar with the water. Heat to boiling, reduce the heat, and simmer for 4 minutes. Cool.
Add the pineapple juice, lemon juice, grapefruit juice and alcohol to the cooled syrup. Chill thoroughly.
Yield: 3 to 4 servings
